About this tool

CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point Average) weights each subject's grade points by its credits, so a 4-credit core subject counts more than a 2-credit elective. Add as many subject rows as you need and the calculator does the weighted average for you.

It also shows the approximate percentage using the common × 9.5 conversion — but always check your own university's official conversion formula for transcripts.

How to use

  1. Enter each subject's credits and grade points (0–10 scale).
  2. Click "Add subject" for more rows; remove any you do not need.
  3. Read your CGPA and the approximate percentage.
