Frequently asked questions
Leftovers are distributed one per group starting from the first group, so sizes stay within one of each other. With 10 names in groups of 3, you get groups of 3, 3, 2, 2.
Yes — the list is shuffled with the Fisher–Yates algorithm using cryptographic randomness before chunking, so every grouping is equally likely.
The tool makes uniformly sized groups. For custom sizes, generate once and manually move a name or two between groups.
